Amber Hines, FNP-C, took over the practice in September 2018 from Dr. Gaylen Hayes. Dr. Hayes started this practice 19 years ago with a goal to help others become the best version of themselves.

History
Hayes Clinic was established in 1999 by Dr. Gaylen Hayes to serve the needs of the overweight and obese. For many years, Dr. Hayes helped patients achieve their weight loss goals and establish a healthy lifestyle. In October 2018, Amber Hines FNP-C was blessed with the opportunity to continue Dr. Hayes legacy after he retired.
Amber Hines, FNP-C, completed the family nurse practitioner program at the University of Texas at Arlington in April 2019. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in May 2010 from the University of Oklahoma and has worked in the Emergency Room.
Amber is our aesthetic injector and the Tox Queen of Texas!
