Nurse Practitioner, Owner, Tox Queen of Texas

Amber is our fearless leader and owner of Hayes Clinic & Spa. She is our resident injector and an absolute artist with the needles. She was born and raised locally and loves her family. If she isn’t at work, then you’ll often find her at one of her kids’ many sports games as their biggest (and loudest) cheerleader.

Sydney Peek, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner, Author & Injector

Sydney is one of our amazing NPs who is passionate about helping people. She loves helping people on their journey to love themselves. She enjoys cooking and creating healthy recipes. You can find them in her published cookbook! Her girls are her whole world and she loves spending time with them!

Mandy Helberg, AGNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner, Life of the Party

Mandy is one of our awesome NPs. She is active in her community and keeps herself busy with work. Serious overachiever. Mandy is the one who will make you laugh, even on your worst days! She loves her family and cooking. She just added a new title to her name: Grandmother.

Alishia is our newest NP to the clinic. Her favorite part about working at Hayes Clinic & Spa is the difference that she is able to make in her patients’ life & overall health!

Nutritionist

Janice has been a part of the Hayes Clinic family for over 17 years! She has over 36 years of experience as a nutritionist. She loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her new great grandchild. Janice loves being involved with her church, dancing, gardening, and traveling.

Taylor

Spa Manager & Skincare Professional

Taylor loves to pamper people and to help them feel like the very best version of themselves! Taylor loves spending time with her husband and son–and friends. She’s very creative and always enjoys helping others.

Diana

Medical Assistant

Diana has been an instrumental part of our clinic for over 14 years. We are very blessed to have her on our team. Diana loves spending time with her family. She’s very active in her church and loves helping out with their youth program. Diana adores the outdoors, and is always down for an adventure!

Marisa, LVN

Clinic Nurse

Marisa is our ray of sunshine! She has been a nurse for over 16 years. She loves her family and having fun outdoors. She always makes everyone around her feel safe and comfortable!

Dottie

Administrative Coordinator

Dottie is our personal staff ‘therapist’ (probably against her will lol ) She is kind and genuinely the nicest person you’ll ever meet. She loves her family, being an active sports mom, and reading her Kindle by the beach.
